Flourish After School Program Leader

A Program leader is an educational professional who provides guidance and mentorship to the tutors. They
are responsible for writing tutoring plans, managing student’s behavior, and providing after-school tutoring,
which helps students with weaker grades stay on track towards graduation.

Flourish After School Tutor

You’ll be a mentor and tutor while helping students become more proficient in math and English. You will receive on-the-job training.  Just bring your positive spirit and desire to help children in our community reach their full potential.

Flourish Camp Director

We are looking for an enthusiastic Director to manage our camp.
In this role, your duties will include:
 

  • Managing the day-to-day operations
     

  • Managing teachers and volunteers
     

  • Ensuring that daily curriculum is taught according to lesson plans
     

  • Participating in field trips
     

  • Ensuring children’s safety
     

  • Communicating with parents
     

  • Handling any disciplinary issues
